The movie is set in 1931 Paris and follows the story of a young orphan named Hugo Cabret, who lives in the walls of a train station and spends his days fixing clocks.

Hugo’s life takes a turn when he discovers a broken automaton, a mechanical man, that his father was trying to fix before he died. Hugo befriends a young girl named Isabelle in his quest to fix the automaton. Together, they uncover the mystery behind the mechanical man and its connection to a forgotten filmmaker from the past.

As the two children delve deeper into the secrets of the automaton and its history, they embark on a journey of self-discovery and adventure, learning the importance of friendship, family, and chasing your dreams.
