I Kill Giants (2017)
Barbara Thorson (Madison Wolfe), 12 years old, escapes from reality every day and goes to live in an imaginary world of fantasy and magic, where she fights against giants.
Her family doesn’t understand her, her peers don’t like her and she gets on the teachers’ nerves. The only one who tries to get in touch with her is Sofia (Sydney Wade), her peer who recently moved to the area.
Percy Jackson: Sea Of Monsters (2013)
Only a true hero can save Olympus. Poseidon’s son Percy Jackson (Logan Lerman) finds himself in an unenviable situation when he learns that a horde of mythical monsters threatens to destroy their home and training center – the Camp of Refuge, where the descendants of the Greek gods live.

The Ash Lad: In the Hall of the Mountain King (2017)
Princess Kristin turns 18 and is obliged to be married. According to the legend, the wedding must happen at once, otherwise, a gruesome troll will take her away to the mountain. Prince Fredrik arrives to wed Kristin, but she refuses him and runs away.
The king promises his daughter’s hand and half the kingdom to whoever can save her. Three poor farm boys, Per, Pål, and Espen, head out to find her and slay the Mountain King, in order to claim the reward and save their farm from ruin.
Jack the Giant Slayer (2013)
Sent to the market by his uncle to sell their horse and buy thatch for their roof, Jack meets the beautiful Princess Isabelle, whom he rescues from ruffians. He returns home with only a handful of beans given to him by a monk who claimed they were sacred, but that does little to impress his uncle, who tosses them away. In the night, the Princess arrives, having run off to keep herself from marrying Roderick, who is clearly only interested in becoming king.
Soon, the beans take root with a giant stalk carrying away the princess and Jack’s house. He soon sets off on an adventure with the king’s guards to rescue the princess, only to find that a mythical land filled with giants really exists.
The Meg (2018)
When the international underwater center, run by Chinese scientists, finds itself under attack from an unknown danger and a destroyed and disabled submarine stands at the bottom of the Mariana Trench, Dr. Zhang Suyin, the center’s leading oceanographer, calls for help from former sea captain and expert diver Jonas Taylor. Jonas then embarks on an adventure that amounts to suicide.
The Host (2006)
In February 2000, toxic chemicals were released into the Han River from a US military base in South Korea. Six years later, a monstrous fish reptile emerges from the river and begins attacking the residents of Seoul.
The monster grabs the little girl Hyun-seo and takes her with him to the river, and her father, other members of his family and other citizens who came into contact with the monster end up in quarantine.
Gang-du receives a cell phone call from his daughter, who informs him that she survived the monster attack and is in the city sewers. Since the authorities don’t believe him, thinking it’s an illusion of a pain-stricken father, Gang-du and the rest of the family escape from quarantine to save Hyun-seo.
The Iron Giant (1999)

King Kong (2005)
The year is 1933, the time of the great economic crisis in the USA. Unemployed New York actress Ann Darrow (N. Watts), forced to steal because of hunger, is rescued from her predicament by filmmaker Carl Denham (J. Black) and persuaded to accept the female lead role in a film being shot in Asia. She accepts and the two of them set off on a boat trip with the team.
Denham has a map of the mysterious Skull Island and pays Captain Englehorn (T. Kretschmann) to divert and sail to the island. On board is playwright and screenwriter Jack Driscoll (A. Brody), who falls in love with Ann. The ship docks next to the island and the team disembarks, looking at the remains of an ancient and primitive civilization. After a member of the film crew is killed, they realize that they are being chased by natives and flee, but Ann is caught and taken to the shore where they intend to sacrifice her to a giant gorilla they call Kong.
The film crew and some of the crew return to save Ann. Ann is at first horrified by the huge gorilla, but his behavior is very peaceful and gentle, and the beast becomes sympathetic to her. Driscoll manages to rescue Ann and they escape, which infuriates the gorilla, who gives chase. The film crew lures Kong and puts him to sleep with chloroform, ties him up in the ship’s hold and transports him to New York…
