Dark (2017–2020)
A family “story” with a supernatural plot, set in the German town of Winden, where the disappearance of small children will bring together four otherwise respectable families who will embark on a desperate search for them. Along the way, they have to unravel a great mystery that will span three generations.
Dogs of Berlin (2018– )
The plot revolves around the murder of a German soccer player of Turkish origin, which happened on the eve of an international match. The murder is investigated by two diametrically opposed police investigators, Erol Birkan (Fahri Yardım), a detective of Turkish origin from the anti-drugs department and Kurt Grimmer (Felix Kramer) from the homicide department, who become partners against their will.
It seems that there could be many things in the background, so as suspects come to mind neo-Nazis, the family clan of a football star, the Lebanese mafia… Finally, high-ranking officials of Berlin will also come under scrutiny.
Shadowplay (2020)
Max McLaughlin is an American cop who arrives in Berlin in the summer of 1946 to help create a police force in the chaotic aftermath of the war.
Unorthodox (2020)
Esty, a 19-year-old Jewish woman, is living unhappily in an arranged marriage among the Satmar sect of the ultra-Orthodox community in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City.
She runs away to Berlin, where her estranged mother lives, and tries to navigate a secular life, discovering life outside her community and rejecting all of the beliefs she grew up with. Her husband, who learns that she is pregnant, travels to Berlin with his cousin, by order of their rabbi, to try to find her.
Perfume (2018)
On the Lower Rhine, the corpse of a woman is found whose red hair, pubic, and armpit hair have been removed. The investigators Nadja Simon and Matthias Köhler and prosecutor Grünberg, with whom Nadja has an affair, encounter five former boarding school students who know the victim from their school days and experimented with human scents back then, inspired by the novel Perfume.
In addition, the unresolved case of a missing boy comes into focus. When his body is found, he has the same mutilations as the red-haired victim. A prostitute is also found murdered, disfigured in the same way. Meanwhile, Nadja learns that she is pregnant by Grünberg. He is not ready to leave his wife, and he wants her to obtain an abortion. When his mistress refuses to end her pregnancy, however, he ends the relationship with her.
How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) (2019– )
How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) is set in fictional Rinseln, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, and told from the perspective of high-school outcast and nerd Moritz Zimmermann.
The series follows Moritz and his friend Lenny Sander attempting to rekindle Moritz’s love for ex-girlfriend Lisa Novak, by selling ecstasy online. Starting off as a small-time business, it quickly spirals out of control and Moritz and Lenny learn to deal with the consequences of large-scale drug trafficking.

The authors of the German fantasy series Dark, Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar, also created this series that follows the mysterious circumstances of the journey of the immigrant ship Kerberos from Europe to New York at the end of the 19th century.

Altes Geld (2015– )
When Rolf Rauchensteiner, patriarch of a rich Viennese dynasty, discovers that he will die soon unless he receives a new liver, he decides that his inheritance will go to whoever finds him a new liver. This creates havoc in the dysfunctional family, as everyone scrambles to find a liver and the head doctor who could help him refuses to do so.
There are also other issues, since his wife Liane is having affairs with both her stepson Zeno and the family doctor, his Jewish sister decides to sue for restitution and his daughter Jana is infatuated with his son Jakob. Over the course of the eight episodes, other storylines develop such as Jakob’s girlfriend Kerstin being arrested for murder, Zeno gambling his wealth away and Rolf’s assistant Brunner losing the trust of his wife Barbara.
